About Paige

Paige C. Scott is a Senior Partner and Global Head of Asset Management and Wealth at Kingsley Gate. She leads the firm’s global strategy and growth across these sectors, including strengthening connectivity across Kingsley Gate, The Omerta Group, and Seeliger y Conde.

Before joining Kingsley Gate, she was Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Asset Management Practice and member of the U.S. Executive Committee of a global financial services retained search firm. Over a career that spans more than two decades in executive search, Paige has built and scaled asset and wealth management practices at both specialized boutiques and large global search platforms. She played a leading role in the build-out of Sextant Search Partners’ U.S. Asset Management Practice and served as a Senior Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International’s Asset Management Practice. At Kingsley Gate, she combines this experience with the firm’s AI-native, data-driven approach to executive assessment, helping ensure that executives placed with clients reflect a holistic and ideal fit.

Paige has placed CEOs, COOs, CIOs, portfolio managers, and senior investment professionals across multiple asset classes in public and private markets, as well as leaders across product, distribution, fundraising, investor relations, strategic and digital marketing, and investment solutions. Her work spans institutional, retirement, wealth, sub-advisory, and intermediary channels. She draws on relevant data from thousands of searches to support a successful, long-term outcome. She is considered a thought leader on topics such as executive compensation structure and design, leadership assessment, and talent strategy. She is a regular speaker and moderator at the European Institutional Investor Institute, The European Institute, the Institutional Investor Institute (U.S.), the Alternative Institutional Investor Institute (U.S.), the CHRO Forum, the Chief Product Officer Forum, the Chief Marketing Officer Institute, and the USI CEO Forum.

Paige earned a bachelor’s degree in French Literature from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of Grafiniti, is an organizing member of 100 Women in Finance, Boston, and serves as Chair of the Global Council of 100 Women in Finance.

Paige is based in Kingsley Gate’s San Francisco office.
