The Omerta Group’s Investment Banking & Capital Markets Practice has been a cornerstone of the firm’s offering for over a decade. From our integrated London base, we advise investment banks, advisory firms and broader financial institutions across the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East. Working closely with colleagues in New York and Hong Kong, we provide clients with access to talent across the world’s major financial centres.
We advise global investment banks, independent advisory boutiques, specialist capital markets firms, financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and institutional investors. Our work spans senior and mid-level appointments, including selected Associate-level hiring as part of broader team-build and strategic hiring projects.
