Daniel joined The Omerta Group in 2019 and is a senior executive recruiter focused on private markets, working directly with clients on high-impact searches across asset management and alternatives. Based in New York, he leads senior mandates and partners closely with clients on strategic hiring needs.
Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Daniel held senior roles at global retained search firms, where he most recently led Research for the Americas at a leading international executive search firm. While his early career included building and leading research functions, mainly in the Global Markets / Hedge Fund space, his focus today is squarely on front-office execution and client delivery.
Daniel has deep experience across Financial Services, with particular expertise in private markets including private credit, private equity, and real assets. His background also spans real estate investing across both credit and equity strategies, as well as recruiting for real estate-focused legal professionals. He also has recruited across investment banking on senior IB mandates, as well as work for a number of growing FinTech, digital assets, broker-dealer, private markets, hedge fund, asset management and non-bank market maker clients.
In addition to Financial Services, he has supported searches across payments, software, and broader technology sectors.
