Bradley is Head of Asia Pacific and a senior member of the firm’s Asset Management, Hedge Fund and Global Markets practices. He is a member of the Global Financial Services Executive Committee and works closely with senior leadership teams across Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America to support strategic growth initiatives and key client relationships.
With more than 20 years of executive search experience spanning Europe and Asia, Bradley advises leading alternative and diversified asset managers, hedge funds, investment banks and broader financial institutions on senior hiring mandates. His expertise encompasses investment, distribution and leadership search assignments across both public and private markets, with a particular focus on portfolio management, investment research, institutional and wealth distribution, product strategy and broader revenue-generating functions.
Having been based in Hong Kong since 2008, Bradley has built an extensive network across the Asia-Pacific financial services landscape and is recognised for partnering with clients on critical leadership appointments, team build-outs and long-term talent strategies.
Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Bradley was a founding member of an Asia-focused executive search boutique specialising in Fixed Income, Currencies and Financing. Earlier in his career, he worked in London where he led Structured Finance search mandates for a prominent global executive search firm.
Bradley holds a degree in Equine Science from the University of the West of England.
