Lenia joined The Omerta Group in 2023 and is a Vice President within the Global Markets practice, specialising in search across liquid and illiquid credit markets. Based in London, she partners with both sell-side and buy-side clients, delivering mandates across investment, trading, sales and portfolio management.
Lenia has successfully completed searches for portfolio managers, investment analysts, traders and sales professionals, ranging from junior hires through to senior leadership appointments. Her expertise spans a broad range of credit markets, working with investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers and alternative investment firms.
Prior to joining Omerta, Lenia spent two years at a specialist commodity recruitment firm, focusing on mandates across the energy, metals and mining sectors.
