About Mike

Mike Hindley is Founder and Managing Partner of The Omerta Group and serves as Global Head of Financial Services at Kingsley Gate Partners.

With more than 25 years of experience in executive search, he advises leading financial institutions across Global Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds and Alternative Investments. Mike has built an extensive international network and track record spanning Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets, completing senior mandates across Sales, Trading, Structuring, Capital Raising, Research and Analytics.

Prior to establishing The Omerta Group in 2002, he worked for two leading European executive search firms and holds a degree in Geography from Northumbria University.
