Donald Bradford leads The Omerta Group’s Middle East & Africa business and is based in Dubai. Over the past 20 years, he has specialised in executive search across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, advising a broad range of financial institutions including investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices.
During his career, Donald has executed senior mandates across all major asset classes and investment disciplines, including Sales & Distribution, Portfolio Management, Trading, Structuring, Quantitative Research and Strategy. He has also worked extensively across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private Credit and broader alternative investments.
Donald joined The Omerta Group in 2026 following 19 years with leading international executive search firms across Dubai, Hong Kong and London. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Imperial College London and has built a strong track record advising clients on senior appointments across global financial markets and investment management.
