Eliza is a Partner within The Omerta Group’s Global Hedge Fund practice and is based in London. She advises and recruits for leading multi-manager and single-manager hedge funds, building out investment teams across established platforms and specialist funds.
Her work is predominantly focused on Portfolio Managers, Analysts and Traders, with particular expertise in Equity strategies. Her broader experience spans Fixed Income, Global Macro and Commodities too, and she has completed searches across strategies including Long/Short Equity, Event Driven, Equity Volatility, Index Rebalancing, Fixed Income Relative Value, Global Macro, Emerging Markets, FX and Commodities. Eliza has also completed senior hires across business and corporate functions, including COO, CRO, Compliance, Legal and HR.
Eliza joined The Omerta Group in 2018, initially within the Global Asset Management & Alternatives team before specialising in Hedge Funds. She has spent time in the Hong Kong office, further developing her experience across international financial markets. She holds a First-Class degree from the University of Edinburgh, specialising in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology.
