With over 25 years’ experience in financial services executive search, he has advised Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and other financial institutions on senior leadership hiring, strategic team builds and specialist market appointments.
During his career, Nicholas has owned, built and led search businesses and developed an extensive network across the Global markets community. His broader client experience spans Asset Management, Private Equity, Consultancy and Fintech.
Nicholas holds a BSc in Marketing and Management from Lancaster University
