Tilly Harrington joined The Omerta Group in 2020 and is a Vice President based in the London office. She is a key member of the firm’s Investment Banking and Private Markets Investing practice, working across searches for investment banks, alternative investment managers and institutional investors across a wide range of products, strategies and markets.
Tilly works across alternative investing and private capital, conducting searches for investment professionals across private credit, infrastructure and other private market strategies, as well as capital raising and distribution. She works with global alternative investment managers, sovereign wealth funds and institutional asset owners, with assignments spanning investment, origination, portfolio management and capital formation.
Within Investment Banking, Tilly has worked extensively across financing, capital markets and advisory mandates. Her experience includes searches for established global investment banks and specialist advisory firms across EMEA.
Tilly has particular experience executing complex and highly specialised searches requiring detailed market mapping, careful candidate calibration and discreet referencing. She works closely with clients throughout the search process to identify, assess and attract relevant talent.
Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Tilly was an Associate at a boutique executive search firm, where she was part of the Global Markets practice, predominantly focused on Fixed Income.
Tilly graduated from Oxford Media & Business School with Distinction Honours.
